The Monroe County Water Authority has claimed the J.D. Power award for customer satisfaction for the second time in three years.
The J.D. Power people ranked the 88 largest drinking water providers serving communities of 400,000 people or more. The award was based on consumer responses covering price, conservation, billing and payment and customer service.
