Police in Brandon, Florida found a missing Rochester man’s SUV early Tuesday morning. It had been set on fire.
The Hillsborough County Sheriff’s Office said the blue Chevy Equinox belonged to Samuel Ortiz, who was last seen on Branch Street in Rochester on July 6th. He was wearing jeans, a T-shirt and a gold Jesus necklace. He’s 5’9″ and weighs 170 pounds.
