Three missing persons, two adults and a four-year-old, were found last night by the Wyoming Highway Patrol when they were pulled over doing 80 miles per hour.

The Ontario County Sheriff’s Office had been looking for Linzy Patrick, her daughter Naiell Iyah and Davon Thomas since Monday morning.

When they were pulled over on I-25 in Douglas, Wyoming, officers found Thomas driving. He was charged with DWI, drug possession, driving with a suspended license, endangering the welfare of a child and speeding. Linzy Patrick was charged with drug possession (for MDMA and crack cocaine), endangering the welfare of a child and an open alcohol container.

Both adults are being held in jail, and the child was turned over to child protective services. The Ontario County Sheriff’s Office says Ontario County Social Services is working to return her to New York.
