An Ontario County woman has been charged with felony DWI after she drove her car on a sidewalk in Canandaigua while she was texting.
Canandaigua Police found 22-year-old Jessica Picchi 
of Middlesex after she drove up the sidewalk and then crashed her car into a parking lot off Lakeshore Drive Tuesday night. They determined she’d been drinking and also using her phone when she went off the road.
They filed half-a-dozen charges against her, starting with felony DWI because it’s her second offense in ten years.
