Megan Dix of Lyndonville in Orleans County was laid to rest today in Medina. Dix was shot and killed Friday afternoon in what police call a completely random crime.
Holly Colino, the accused shooter, apparently descended into mental illness before buying two guns in Arizona and returning to Rochester area just days before she encountered and shot Megan Dix.
Dix was on her lunch break from work and was sitting in her pickup truck eating lunch when she was killed.
