The Monroe County Sheriff’s Office is looking for a person they believe is responsible for stealing a pair of cars at the Sunoco gas station on Plank Road in Penfield over the past few weeks.
Sergeant John Watson says the two cars were stolen there after the owner left one of them them running, and the the other left his keys in the cup holder. The cars were stolen on September 26th and October 11th.
The Sheriff’s office says witnesses to both incident described the suspect as a black male in his 20’s with a slim build. Deputies are investigating whether or not the suspect worked alone.
