Former Rochester City Councilman Adam McFadden has pleaded guilty to an additional federal wire fraud charge…admitting that he submitted false invoices while working as executive director of a city youth organization.
McFadden says he was wrong and he’s owning up to it. He said outside the Federal Building that he understands he caused great embarrassment to his family, friends and the QuadA organization.
McFadden is already awaiting sentencing for a guilty plea to earlier federal wire fraud and tax charges. He’ll be sentenced on both charges in February.
