Rochester Mayor Lovely Warren was endorsed for re-election over the weekend by the Rochester Democratic Committee, giving her their support for a possible third term.
Warren won 62 percent of the committee vote, despite being indicted along with her top campaign officials on charges of misusing campaign funds. Warren is also facing an investigation into the death of Daniel Prude after being restrained by Rochester police.
Warren issued a statement saying this is the start of sharing her record and agenda throughout the city.
