The man who was arrested in connection with the disappearance of five children from the Rochester area, was back in court today.
Mark Johnson and his wife Ise-Lynn Johnson have been charged with endangering the welfare of a child. They were arrested in the Niagara Falls area after authorities learned that the two were staying there with their five children.
The complaint filed against them says the children didn’t go to school while in Niagara Falls and the children said they were afraid.
The Johnsons reportedly took took the children to Niagara Falls without notifying other family members.
After his court appearance Johnson told reporters he’s done nothing wrong and the charges are “fiction” before his lawyer hustled him away.
