The man arrested for repeatedly threatening Monroe County Officials, including County Executive Adam Bello, was arraigned Wednesday on federal charges as well.
Raymond Girard, 34, is accused by federal prosecutors of possessing ammunition although he was a convicted felon.
He was arrested by State Police earlier in the week after phoning numerous threats to the Monroe County Office Building, becoming more threatening over time.
