The man who admitted to fatally stabbing his ex- girlfriend while the two were riding in his jeep  in Gates last June is going to prison.

The Monroe Co. DA’s office say 55-year-old Roger Wiggins was sentenced today to 20 years to life in prison for the death of Tracy Henton-Williams.

Prosecutors said Henton-Williams was stabbed in the neck and stabbed in the chest, then tumbled from the moving vehicle to the side of Buffalo Road.

Wiggins was located hours later at the Canadian border.
