A 33-year-old Rochester man was treated at the scene by an ambulance crew after being stabbed in the 1000 block of St. Paul Street Saturday night. Police learned the stabbing happened during a domestic incident and arrested a suspect, a 54-year-old woman. She was charged with assault.
