Rochester Police say they are looking for a man named Davonte Moore in connection with Monday’s incident at the Chatham Gardens Apartments.
They say Moore is the armed man who threatened a woman at that apartment complex, until she got away and called 911. A SWAT team went in and rescued her two young children, but found Moore had already fled.
They say Davonte Moore is 22, African-American, about 185 pounds and 5-foot-10. They say he should be considered armed and dangerous, and anyone who knows where he might be should call 911 or Crime Stoppers.
