A 24-year-old man was dropped off at Rochester General Hospital early this morning after being shot while attending a rap concert at the Main Street Armory.
Police aren’t sure if the shooting took place inside or out of the building. The victim was hit in the upper body, but his injuries were non-life threatening and he is recovering.
There are no suspects in custody and the investigation is continuing.
