Rochester Police say a suburban man was hit in the leg by a gunshot while driving at the corner of Mt. Read Boulevard and Lexington Avenue Wednesday afternoon.
The 32-year-old man was hit when his car was struck by gunfire. There were two passengers in the car as well, an adult woman and a two-year-old child. They weren’t hurt.
Officers escorted the car to Strong Memorial Hospital where the man was treated and is expected to recover. No arrest has been made.
