The man convicted of killing RIT instructor Edline Chun five years ago has been re-sentenced to serve 25-years-to-life.
Jerrell Henry was re-sentenced on a second degree murder charge after an appeals court overturned his original sentencing for first degree murder. The court found insufficient evidence that Henry was the one who actually pulled the trigger and shot Chun to death while he and his girlfriend robbed her home in February of 2013.
