A man who was already in trouble is now in plenty of hot water in Livingston County, after a deputy booking him into the county jail discovered his license plates and inspection sticker were fake.
They also found 50-year-old Eric Johnson was in possession of other fake inspection stickers and a device for making more of them. DMV confirmed the items were fakes.
Johnson was charged with three counts of felony possession of a forged instrument and criminal possession of a forgery device. He’s being held on $10,000 bail.
