A 68-year-old man is dead after he suffered a medical emergency behind the wheel and rammed another car.
Rochester police say the man was pronounced dead after being taken to Strong Memorial Hospital. He was found unconscious behind the wheel after his car rammed another at Broad Street and South Plymouth Avenue on Sunday afternoon.
Police say the medical emergency caused the man’s death, and not the accident.
