A Rochester man has been charged with aggravated harassment after making a bomb threat against the WROC Channel 8 studios on Humboldt Street Wednesday evening.
Police charged 52-year-old Daryl Albright after an investigation that began with a threatening phone call to the TV station. Streets in the area were closed off for safety and a K-9 search of the property was completed with nothing found. The streets have since been reopened.
