Rochester police have charged a 27-year-old city man with an Easter Sunday murder in the city.
Dvontea Alexander has been charged with second degree murder and second degree criminal possession of a weapon in the murder of 24-year-old Justin McMillan on April 12th. McMillan was one of three men shot in that incident. One suffered minor injuries and the other is recovering.
Additional charges against Alexander may be considered by a grand jury.
