A Gates man and woman have both been arrested after he called police to report she’d stolen his marijuana.
Stephen Urbonas of Holley and Aubrey Challenger of Rochester were both charged: he with marijuana possession and she with marijuana possession plus petit larceny for stealing it.
Both were released on appearance tickets. Gates Police say Urbonas is demanding reimbursement for the stolen marijuana.
