A man admitted in court Monday that he was drunk when he slammed into another car on Genesee Park Boulevard, killing the 83-year-old patriarch of a Rochester family.
33-year-old Justin Seabon pleaded guilty to felony driving while intoxicated, vehicular homicide and driving without a license. He had previously been convicted of DWI in Williamson in 2015. Prosecutors say he was drinking over the last Mother’s Day weekend because he was grieving the loss of his mother. He got behind the wheel and the resulting crash killed 83-year-old Milton Harris of Rochester.
Seabon will serve four-to-12 years in prison and will be eligible for parole in four years.
