Rochester police have released the name of the man who was shot to death late Sunday night. They say 32-year-old Omar Hughley was dead at the scene when they arrived at a parking lot on the 300 block of West Main Street. Investigation showed some sort of fight took place at that parking lot during which the victim was shot and killed. This remains an active investigation.
