Police in Geneseo say a Fairport man is jailed for twice violating a court order of protection against another person.

The say 35-year-old Matthew Cirasuolo was involved in three domestic incidents at the South Hill Apartments. The first time he was arrested last month it was for trespassing, resisting arrest and possessing marijuana. He was ordered to stay away from the apartment complex.

But police say he went back twice in the same day last week, violating the order. He was arrested the first time, made bail and went back to the address. The second time the court more than doubled his bail to $2,500 and he was still being held.
