A Rochester man is in jail in Livingston County, after deputies patrolling I-390 there caught him driving with a license that had been suspended 35 times.
The Livingston County Sheriff’s office says 45-year-old Felipe Fernandez was pulled over for a traffic law violation and ended up being charged with aggravated unlicensed operation. He was arraigned today (Wed) and is being held without bail because of his record of suspensions.
