A Lyons man who fought with his girlfriend and punched an onlooker at Abbey Park is facing a host of charges.
The Wayne County Sheriff’s Office says 19-year-old Dylan Felix got into an argument with his girlfriend at the park late last night during which he vandalized her car, stole her keys and choked her. Another man who called 911 when she cried out for help was assaulted and his phone was stolen.
Felix was arrested minutes later and charged with robbery, grand larceny, plus several counts of criminal mischief. He’s being held in jail.
Felix was arraigned and remanded to jail in lieu of bail. He is scheduled to appear back in court at a later date.
