A Livingston County woman has been charged with Criminal Contempt, Assault and Criminal Mischief after a domestic disturbance in Ossian.
The Livingston County Sheriff’s Office says they were called to a home in Ossian for a domestic fight and found a man with a cut hand. He was taken to Noyes Hospital for treatment.
Deputies found the man had argued with 53-year-old Sherry Arviso, who smashed glasses and chairs in the kitchen, causing the man’s injury. They also found orders of protection for Arviso to stay away from the man and arrested her.
She’s being held on $2,500 bail.
