A Livingston County 18-year-old is under arrest for having an inappropriate relationship with a 14-year-old girl.
Sheriff Thomas Dougherty says Murray Dunham of North Cohocton was charged with disseminating indecent material to a minor, sexual misconduct and criminal contempt. The latter charge was for violating an order of protection to stay away from the girl.
Dunham allegedly had sex with the teenager and sent explicit photos of himself to her.
He’s being held on $2,500 bail.
