A Livingston County man who served a decade in prison for a sex crime against a child is back behind bars for violating his parole.
Terri Havens now lives in Mount Morris — and identifies himself as a Goth. He wears makeup and a spiked collar and is a Level 3 sex offender.
Authorities say Havens used a smartphone to connect with the internet. The terms of his parole require that he have no internet access.
Havens was in prison for a sodomy conviction involving a 5-year-old girl. Williams calls it one of the more disturbing cases he’s come across in his career as a journalist.
