The Livingston County Sheriff’s Office is identifying the driver killed in a crash on Christmas Eve as 29-year-old Cory Trybushyn of West Sparta.
They say Trybushyn crashed on McKay Road iin West Sparta on Saturday evening when he missed a curve, hit several trees and rolled his car. He was pried out of the wreck by West Sparta Fire and EMS and flown to Strong Memorial Hospital in Rochester by LifeNet helicopter, but later died of his injuries.
The sheriff’s office is still investigating.
