Two people suspected of killing their roommate have been indicted on charges of felony tampering with physical evidence by a Livingston County Grand Jury.
District Attorney Greg McCaffrey says he hopes to present additional charges to the grand jury soon.
Deputies believe Aykut Ozkaynak and Mary Everett killed Patricia Miller, dumped her body by Lacey Road in Caledonia and set it on fire. The flames were seen by someone driving by who called 911.
Ozkaynak and Everett are being held on $500,000 bail.
