A former Rochester psychiatrist who was recently released from prison after serving time for tampering with evidence is back behind bars.
William Lewek allegedly failed to seek mental health evaluation…and possessed hydrocodone. His lawyer says he was actively looking for mental health treatment. Hearings next week will determine if he is returned to state prison.
Lewek was booked into the jail on January 9th. In 2014 he pleaded guilty to hiding the body of Matthew Stratton in his backyard after Stratton had died of an apparent overdose.
