A driver was arrested for driving with ability impaired after crashing into a parked car on Lake Avenue Sunday night, trapping the driver and three passengers until they could be pried out with help from the Rochester Fire Department.
Rochester Police say the crash shortly after 9:30 happened near Lake and Phelps Avenues. The three passengers all suffered minor injuries and were taken to Strong Memorial Hospital. The driver was uninjured.
