Buffalo suffers its 6th straight defeat with the 3-2 loss to the Blue Jackets.

BUFFALO, N.Y. — Boone Jenner scored at 9:24 of the third period to help give the Columbus Blue Jackets a 3-2 win against the Buffalo Sabres at KeyBank Center on Monday.
Jenner gave Columbus a 3-0 lead after Pierre-Luc Dubois scored at 4:14 of the second period and Artemi Panarin’s fifth goal at 5:47 of the third.
Columbus (13-7-1) has won four straight games.
Sam Reinhart and Evander Kane scored for Buffalo (5-12-4), which has lost six in a row (0-4-2).
Jenner made it 3-0 when he put a shot past Robin Lehner after a pass by Cam Atkinson.
Reinhart scored 13 seconds later when he tipped Victor Antipin’s shot past Sergei Bobrovsky for his fourth goal.
The goal ended Bobrovsky’s shutout streak at 117:23. He made 30 saves.
Kane made it 3-2 at 16:28 of the third period when he beat Bobrovsky with a wrist shot for his 12th goal.
Lehner made 26 saves.
The Sabres will seek to snap their losing streak at home Wednesday night against the Minnesota Wild.
