Eastman Kodak is making a step into Three-D printing through a partnership with Minneapolis-based Evolve Additive Solutions. The companies are merging Kodak’s NEXPRESS digital printing technology with Evolve’s Three-D printers. Kodak will supply parts and supplies for the Three-D printers, also known as additive manufacturing technology.
Evolve has technology for printing three-dimensional objects with thermoplastics. Kodak has licensed its printer software technology to Evolve to help them bring their technology to market.
