Rochester announces its roster for the inaugural National Lacrosse League season.
ROCHESTER, N.Y. — Rochester Knighthawks General Manager and Vice President of Lacrosse Operations Dan Carey announced today the team’s roster for the 2019-20 National Lacrosse League season. Rochester’s roster features a total of 28 players, including 21 on the active roster, while 7 others have been assigned to the inactive roster to begin the season. The team is coached by Mike Hasen.
Knighthawks Active Roster by position
Forwards (8): Phil Caputo, Holden Cattoni, Shawn Evans, Turner Evans, Curtis Knight, Dan Lintner, Dan Michel and Pat Saunders.
Defensemen (6): Matt Bennett, Paul Dawson, Dylan Evans, Tyler Gaulton, Jay Thorimbert and Doig Utting.
Transition (4): Cory Highfield, Ryland Rees, Thomas Whitty and Chris Willman.
Goaltenders (3): Steve Fryer, Rylan Hartley and Craig Wende.

A new era of Knighthawks lacrosse begins on Saturday, Nov. 30 when Rochester opens its inaugural NLL season against the Georgia Swarm at 7 pm at the Blue Cross Arena.
