TORONTO — The Rochester Knighthawks and Toronto Rock fought to a 14-14 tie in preseason action at the Toronto Rock Athletic Centre Saturday night.
Shawn Evans scored the tying goal for Rochester with 54 seconds to play as he led the way with 10 points (2+8). Turner Evans also had a big night, scoring 5 goals and posting 2 assists.
The Knighthawks will conclude their preseason slate on Saturday, Nov. 23 on the Segar & Sciortino Field at the Blue Cross Arena. Rochester plays host to the Philadelphia Wings at 7 pm in the closed-door scrimmage.
A new era of Knighthawks lacrosse begins on Saturday, Nov. 30 when Rochester opens its inaugural NLL season against the Georgia Swarm at the BCA.
