Every home game will have a different theme.

ROCHESTER, N.Y. — The Rochester Knighthawks announced their theme nights for the 2017-18 National Lacrosse League season. Every home game, the Knighthawks will start the party off with a pregame happy hour, featuring $2.00 beer specials and a live band in the upper atrium bar from 6:30-7:30 pm. (6 pm for season ticket holders).

The Knighthawks will open their 24th season against the Calgary Roughnecks on Country Night. Fans can stop by early for the pregame concert, presented by the U.S. Army, and enjoy the music of the Zac Brown Tribute Band, ZBTB. Check out the saloon in the upper atrium bar for $2 happy hour beers. New merchandise will also be on sale at the team store. Make sure to also stop by the team store to pick up an exclusive Knighthawks Ugly Sweater long sleeve T-shirt.

The Knighthawks are home for the holidays for Game Two, as they host the Buffalo Bandits on Saturday, Dec. 23. Prior to the I-90 showdown, the organization will host its annual Kids Day. Kids 12 and under are free with the purchase of an adult ticket. The festivities will include inflatables, airbrush tattoos, holiday music and more. Kids Day is presented by Adventures in Climbing, Zweigle’s, Wilkins RV and Bill Gray’s.

Rochester will open the month of February with one of its biggest nights of the season. The Knighthawks, in conjunction with Veterans Outreach Center (VOC) and Isaac Heating & Air Conditioning, will hold their fourth annual Military Appreciation Night on Saturday, Feb. 3.

For the second straight season, the Knighthawks and Bandits players will wear special military-themed jerseys, which will be auctioned off with the net proceeds going to Veterans Outreach Center. The Knighthawks will also donate a portion of the proceeds from the sale of special military-themed T-shirts and sweatshirts to VOC. All military members, veterans, and reservists are able to receive one complimentary ticket to the game.

On Feb. 3, fans can also enjoy the Knight of Beer, which features great beer from local breweries. Purchase a pass for the Knight of Beer and receive tasting tickets, a beer stein and a ticket to the game. The event is brought to you by The Distillery.

The Knighthawks will honor the roots of the game on Native American Night when they host the Saskatchewan Rush on Saturday, Feb. 17. The game will include Native American music, Fancy Dancers, artisans and special guests.

The following month, the organization will hold a celebration of a different kind as the Knighthawks take on the Georgia Swarm on Irish Night. On Saturday, March 10, fans can take advantage of ticket specials, themed merchandise and contests.

March concludes with the first ever Cradle for the Cure game. Join us in our battle against cancer and help raise funds and awareness for cancer-related charities on Saturday, March 31. The highlight of the night is the jersey auction, which will benefit CURE Childhood Cancer Association. Fans can also support CURE by purchasing a theme night T-shirt.

Individual game tickets will go on sale Tuesday, Nov. 21 at 11:00 a.m. Tickets can be purchased online at Ticketmaster.com, by calling 1-800-745-3000, and at The Blue Cross Arena Box Office. This season, the Knighthawks are offering a no per ticket service charge when purchasing on Ticketmaster.com.
