Jury selection begins today in the trial of Rochester Mayor Lovely Warren, charged along with two of her top campaign officials with violating state election laws.
Warren faces two felony counts, claiming that her campaign finances were juggled between her campaign and her political action committee to get around the individual limits on campaign contributions. Also charged are Albert Jones Jr. and Rosiland Brooks Harris could each face 1 1/3 to 4 years in prison, or a whole range of sentencing options that also include probation.
