Rochester City Court Judge Leticia Astacio is asking that she be resentenced on her original DWI conviction.
Astacio’s new attorney, Gregory Salmon is arguing that she didn’t violate her initial punishment, so she shouldn’t have been put on probation at all. Salmon said his client wants to redeem herself.
