A Monroe County grand jury has indicted 28-year-old Arthur Jones of Rochester with second degree murder, and two counts of criminal possession of a weapon in the second degree.

Jones was previously charged with murder in the shooting death of Antwan Matos Hines. Hines was shot back in June on West Broad Street. He died of his injuries ten days later.

Brian Gifford was previously indicted on the same charges in connection with Hines’ death.
