An 81-year-old Irondequoit man has been indicted by a Monroe County Grand Jury on three counts of second degree rape. Irondequoit Police charged Nelson Seiler earlier this month after an investigation with the help of the Bivona Child Advocacy Center found he had sexually abused a 20-year-old, mentally vulnerable woman.
Police said the woman lived in a group hope setting and was incapable of giving consent.
