A joint investigation by Irondequoit Police and the FBI has led to the arrest of an Irondequoit man on child pornography charges. Irondequoit Police say there may be more victims in the case as well.
They say 20-year-old Brandon Blessing was arrested on Saturday after a lengthy investigation into child porn images found on a computer. Blessing was charged with possessing a sexual performance by a child and is being held on $6,000 bail. He’s due in court on March 9th.
Police said they began investigating after a report that Blessing had been contacting younger teenagers and asking for sexually explicit images. They’re asking anyone who believes they or a loved one may have been victimized by Blessing to contact Irondequoit Police and ask for Sgt. Jessica Franco.
