A pair of unrelated incidents on the West Side kept Rochester police busy Monday night.
Officers were called to Finch Street and Glenwood Avenue for a report of a man threatening a woman with a gun. The victim directed police to a house on Finch Street where the man was located. He eventually agreed to come out and was taken into custody.
Officers were called out shortly before 1:00 a.m. Tuesday for a report of a man being shot. They found the victim and had him taken to Strong Memorial Hospital for treatment. The 29-year-old Rochester man is expected to recover. The investigation is ongoing.
