The Victor Central School District put increased security on its campus this week according to a letter sent by Superintendent Tim Terranova to parents.
It says a former student drove into the hill on High Street near the south entrance to the campus on Wednesday afternoon, crashing his car. He posted “concerning comments” on social media before and after the crash about his health and safety.
The former student was taken into custody and brought to the hospital. The district conferred with the Ontario County Sheriff’s Office and arranged for increased security as a precaution.
