Brighton Police have identified the victim who was struck by a hit-and-run driver last night on South Clinton Avenue, as well as the driver of the car they believe struck her.
They say 29-year-old Destiny Forbes of Rochester was spotted lying in the road by another driver who called 911 at about 8:30 last night. The victim was hit near the Tops Plaza, between Elmwood Avenue and Westfall Road. She’s in critical condition at Strong Memorial Hospital.
Police located the driver who failed to stop after the accident. They’ve identified him as 90-year-old Clark McDonald of Rochester. Their investigation continues.
