A Hilton physician has been suspended for three months by the State Health Department, for having an inappropriate relationship with a female patient.
Dr. Mark Sarnov of Hilton Health Care was suspended effective today. He did not contest the state’s charge of negligence from the department’s Board for Professional Medical Conduct. The board says he had the relationship with a 32-year-old woman.
Sarnov will be on three years’ probation when he returns to practice and will have to have a chaperone with him when examining or treating a female patient.
