The man accused of stabbing his family to death at a Henrietta home has been charged on a new indictment with three counts of first degree murder.
Rajab Banahi, 39, was arraigned in Henrietta Town Court on Wednesday. His parents, Ali and Mastoora Banahi, died in their Kathy Drive home on January 11. His sister, Masuda Banahi, died January 28 of her injuries.
Nothing is known about Banahi’s motives in attacking his family.
