New York State Police have charged a 38-year-old Henrietta man with driving while intoxicated, and he’s being held without bail after troopers found out it was his fifth DWI arrest.
Police say an off-duty trooper saw Steven Lane’s car driving erratically on Scottsville Road and notified police, who stopped him about a mile from his home. Lane failed sobriety tests and was arrested. A breath sample showed him at more than three times the legal limit.
