A Henrietta man has been indicted by a Monroe County Grand Jury on charges of DWI and vehicular homicide in connection with a crash that killed a mother of two.
The crash happened in Mendon, when 47-year-old Louis Restivo was driving a pickup truck on Boughton Hill Road. He turned suddenly in front of a dump truck, and in trying to avoid a crash, the dump truck driver hit the car following Restivo’s pickup.
That car was driven by 26-year-old Hannah Kline, who was killed in the crash. The dump truck driver was ticketed for having bad brakes and driving a vehicle he wasn’t licensed to drive.
